Deep somatic trauma work — Somatic Experiencing®, NARM, Neuroaffective Touch, and Transforming Touch — for people carrying early developmental trauma, chronic freeze, and inherited guilt and shame that talking about it hasn't shifted.
Building a deeper and safer connection to your mind, body, emotions and nervous system will help you recognise the true value of listening to your body.
Symptoms are best transformed when you turn inwards.
I want to be direct about this, because a wrong fit costs you time and money you don't need to spend: this work isn't built around managing chronic physical illness, and it isn't built around processing extensively through conversation. If what you're looking for is primarily a place to talk through what's happening in detail, or ongoing support for a diagnosed medical condition, there are excellent practitioners suited to exactly that — and this probably isn't the most effective use of your time or investment. What follows is for a different kind of work.
tracks activation and discharge in the body in real time. Instead of narrating what happened, we follow what's actually happening in your nervous system right now — the bracing, the held breath, the flicker of movement your body wants to complete but never got to. Freeze isn't something we talk you out of. It's something your body, with the right conditions, can finish and move through.
works directly with emotions, such as the guilt, shame, and identity distortions that early relational trauma leaves behind — the sense that you're too much, not enough, responsible for things that were never yours to carry. NARM doesn't treat these as flaws to correct. It reads them as intelligent adaptations that made sense at the time, and works with your capacity for agency and connection as it exists right now, rather than only excavating the past.
brings in relational, attuned touch as a form of co-regulation, reaching developmental wounding, often preverbal, that conversation alone structurally can't access. It's not massage and it's not clinical. It's slow, consent-led contact used specifically to help your nervous system register safety at a level insight can't reach on its own.
It can also be used online thought intentional touch and self directed touch.
works at the level of stress organs (kidney adrenals, brainstem, HPA axis) and interoception, building capacity and titrated safety in the body itself, informed by Stephen Terrell's work on pacing and containment. Similar to Neuroaffective Touch, Transforming Touch works relationally and somatically, at the level of the physical body's own felt sense of safety and boundary.
All four are held inside one relationship, not delivered as separate techniques switched between. Your agency is the point, not a side effect — every step, including whether and how touch is used in a given session, and which of these approaches a moment calls for, is yours to direct.
We begin by orienting and landing for a few minutes to actually arrive in your body and in the room, rather than launching straight into content.
From there, the session follows what's live for you: it might be tracking a sensation, working with a specific memory or pattern at the pace your body can metabolise, or incorporating touch-based co-regulation where it's useful and wanted.
Nothing is scripted in advance. Titration governs the whole process — small, tracked steps, never further or faster than your system can actually integrate.
Sessions run up to 60 minutes. Between sessions, you're not left to hold everything alone and a check-in or a question between appointments is part of how this work is held, not an extra.
This work is offered as a 12-session container over 3–6 months, rather than open-ended single sessions because early developmental trauma doesn't shift in one conversation, and because pacing this deliberately is part of what makes the work safe and effective.
I offer weekly and biweekly 60 0minutes sessions.
Pricing is as follow:
This is a real investment of money, time, and attention and I say that plainly rather than softening it, because the right fit for this work is someone who can meet it as such.
If cost is the only barrier and everything else about this feels right, mention it on the discovery call; there's room to talk through payment plans or sliding scales.

Across this work, the shifts that show up most consistently:
The throughline: this work doesn't hand you a fix. It returns you to a capacity that was always yours, before it got interrupted.

It's common to feel like life is happening to you, rather than feeling like you have agency and choice over your experiences.
It's okay to feel frustrated; this frustration can be channelled into a powerful force for positive change.
You might have tried lots of other things to move past your experiences, but you have NOT addressed the root cause.
Maybe you've watched lots of YouTube videos, read countless self-help books, saved Instagram posts, bought a few online courses, but still….
You have the power to choose a path that feels more fulfilling!
It’s time to explore what's possible for you.
After many years of experiencing back pain, skin & weight issues, anxiety and depression, mood swings and more, I knew something had to change.
I finally resolved to make these changes, and discovered the power of the mind-body connection. This is when I understood that my body is always talking, and that I needed to learn to listen.
I became a somatic and trauma practitioner so I can support others to feel and become more emotionally balanced by connecting with what is holding them back.
I know we have an innate power to heal from within.

One to one therapeutic coaching program to help you recover from the aftermath of trauma.
I am here to support you to integrate those BIG emotions.
Together we will explore the ways you have learned to adapt to life that may not be helpful, so you can create a vision that will impact all areas of your life so you can live more in the present, fully aligned with who you truly are.
